Location: Bristol, BS5
Salary: £16.50 per hour

Kingston Barnes has an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing business in Bristol, producing high-spec, precision sheet metal components. We are seeking an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to support ongoing demand and contribute to the delivery of bespoke, high-quality work.
You will transform flat sheets of metal into various shapes and products using a range of hand and machine tools. You’ll work from blueprints and specifications, carefully measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping metal to create components for various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture sheet metal items using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
* Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
* Accurately measure and mark materials
* Cut, bend, and form metal using various sheet metal machines
* Assemble and join components using welding, soldering, or bolting
* Finish products through grinding, filing, cleaning, and polishing
* Identify and repair faults or damaged components
* Maintain high standards of quality while meeting deadlines
Skills & Qualities Required:
* Proven experience in fine limit sheet metal work
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong manual dexterity and confidence with hand and machine tools
* Sound problem-solving abilities
* Collaborative mindset with good teamwork skills
Benefits:
* Up to £16.50 per hour
* 25 days Holiday + bank holidays
* Monthly pay awards up to an additional £200 per month
