Job Description
We are excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Haverfordwest, which is currently seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to join its team.
As SHE Manager, reporting directly to the Site Director, you will take full responsibility for the implementation of the group safety, health & environmental plan. You will work closely with the Environmental Manager and the wider SHE team to deliver a safe, compliant, and sustainable environment for employees and visitors on-site. Your role will be key in fostering a positive safety culture and ensuring that all regulatory requirements and SHE obligations are met.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an SHE Manager role within a fast-paced, commercial manufacturing environment. You’ll need to demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and coach senior colleagues. Your in-depth knowledge of SHE principles and best practices, combined with a proactive approach to safety and compliance, will be essential in driving improvements across the site.
