Service Manager
Leamington Spa (some site travel)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Monday to Friday + Uncapped Commission/Bonus + Company Car + Pension + Holidays + Progression + Training

This company have been established for over 50 years and are a leading distributor that operate UK wide and has an excellent reputation.
As the Service Manager you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the management and support of both Service Engineers and Technical Helpdesk support. You will schedule engineering work, resolve customer issues, conduct customer visits, mentor staff, manage and conduct sales, manage quality issues.
In addition, this role offers excellent earning potential through an uncapped commission-based bonus.
The Role
Managing a team up to 36 headcount.
Support machine sales and deliver engineering sales.
Supporting engineers with customer issues.
Visiting customers and resolving issues.
Compiling reports to resolve issues.
Scheduling workloads.
Mentoring staff.
Arranging staff training.
The person
Service Manager/ Customer Support Manager/ Fleet Manager / Operations Manager/ Workshop Manager or similar backgrounds all considered
Engineering background/understanding
Experience overseeing either field-based Technicians, Engineers or Fitters
Experience working in Machine Tools
Strong understanding of commercial principles.
High level of customer support and engagement.
Engineering background is beneficial.
Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.
