Job Description

Service Delivery Manager (IT infrastructure) – Remote / work from home £60,000 - £80,000 & health/life/income insurance & 38 days holiday This is a great opportunity for an IT infrastructure focused Service Delivery Manager with a strong Linux background to join a leading technical consultancy, helping to deliver HPC related managed services and projects. Due to significant expansion into the USA, this role will be working closely with a US based team and therefore will need to be willing to work to US east coast time zones (typically starting at 14:00 and finishing at 22:00). The Service Delivery Manager will oversee both technical and administrative responsibilities, including: * Technical troubleshooting * Managing team performance * Resolving reliability challenges * Monitoring service metrics * Upholding key SLAs * Leading the team to operational excellence The role would be ideal for someone with the following skills/experience: * Experience of Linux infrastructure systems management * External client managed services * Service metrics and ITIL * A technical degree would be beneficial Some of the benefits that come with the Service Delivery Manager role include: * A starting salary of £60k+ * Health insurance * Life insurance * Income protection * 30 days paid holiday, plus banks on top * Buy or sell up to 5 days holiday on top * Fully remote work * Industry leading training
