Service Controller opportunity! | Salary up to £29k | | Monday-Friday working hours | Based at their depot near to the Pontefract / Normanton area. | As the Service Controller you will deliver first class customer service as you deal with breakdowns and defects of the companies fleet.

The role of the Service Controller:
Ensure breakdowns are efficiently managed and resolved within SLA times, reaching satisfactory conclusions.
Promptly generate purchase order numbers.
Accurately complete all documentation.
Keep IT systems updated as needed.
Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
As our ideal Service Controller you will have the following:
Previous experience in a comparable role is a prerequisite.
Demonstrated expertise in plant and vehicle operations is vital.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure is necessary.
Proficiency in IT is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
A motivated and organised administrator with outstanding customer service abilities is sought.
You may be working as a Service Controller, Breakdown Controller, Service Administrator, Breakdown Coordinator or Warranty Administrator or similar in a plant/transport service environment.
