Job Description
TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a professional to drive excellence in the Property management service charge processes. To ensure all service charge systems and payments are managed in an effective, consistent and timely manner. To lead process improvement around any accounts systems as required and ensure the full team is aware and makes any changes required.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Chasing overdue accounts and invoices by telephone and email
* Improving processes for accounts and invoices and payments.
* Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
* Deal with customer queries and liaising with property managers to settle queries
* Improving, maintaining and updating account information
* Performing account/bank reconciliations (including review of historic balances).
* KPI’s – Ensure that monthly cash collection targets are met
* Provide client data internally and externally upon request
* Drive improvements for problematic accounts working with the Head of property management
* Ensure effective communication and spot opportunities from improvement, between customers and colleagues
* Managing service charge accounting, including preparation and reconciliation
* Bank reconciliations (including the review of historic balances)
* Assistance with the development and current process of the banking system
* Review and management of tenant deposit accounts
* Assistance with the review and implementation of the system accounting processes (not limited to - service charges, purchase ledger and mailing system)
* Supporting Property Management Accountant to drive improvement projects
* Support new instructions and ensure standards are set and then delivered onBefore You Apply
