Service Analyst
Looking for a solid Service Analyst to join a small robust team. This role is based in London or Liverpool and you would be expected to be in the office 1 - 2 times a week. Looking for the following
5 years in Service Management arena
ITIL qualified
Experience across Incident Problem and Change
ITSM experience
Sharepoint experience
Experience of ITIL Service Support and Delivery processes
Excellent reporting and trend analysis skills
Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
Initiating actions to fix potential interruptions to service identified during proactive and trending analysis of the IT infrastructure and vendor landscape
Diagnosis of faults and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing problem recordsPlease apply today for more details
