Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at our main dealership in Epsom. We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to enhance our service department.
Position: Service Advisor
Location: Epsom
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £31,000 + Bonuses + Overtime
Schedule: Weekend Rota
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and assisting with their service needs
Scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar
Providing accurate estimates for service and repair costs
Liaising between the customers and the service technicians
Ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly
Processing service orders and maintaining detailed records
Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesRequirements:
Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive sector
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Proficient in using automotive service management software
