Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule service appointments for commercial vehicles.
* Maintain accurate records of service history and customer information.
* Liaise with customers to provide updates on service progress and costs.
* Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payment.
* Assist with parts ordering and inventory management.
* Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
