Senior UX/UI Designer
Who we are:
At Incentive Games, we’re on a mission to create and deliver powerful acquisition and retention tools that help our clients unlock their players' full potential. We do this by developing custom free-to-play and pay-to-play games that are intuitive, fun, and accessible to players across the globe.
We care deeply about work-life balance and are always looking for ways to improve the well-being of our team. We’re proud to be recognized as one of the best places to work in the UK for the second year running by Great Place to Work UK, and 100% of our team of 60+ talented individuals agreed! But we must admit—our 4-day work week probably has a lot to do with it!
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a small but talented team of three designers and a researcher, led by our Design Manager, as we continue pushing the boundaries of user-centered design in the iGaming world. We’re all about creating innovative, engaging experiences, and as a mid-level team member, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside us and help to shape the path ahead.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for UX/UI design—someone eager to support the team’s growth while we help foster theirs.
To thrive in this role, you should have an inquisitive nature, a keen eye for visual design, and high levels of empathy to truly understand the users you’ll be designing for. You'll need to have an eye for detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
At Incentive Games, we encourage our team to pursue their goals and offer various progression opportunities through this role.
You will contribute to:
Designing user interfaces with a focus on both interaction and visual design, ensuring that the product is intuitive and visually engaging. This includes creating a seamless user journey that aligns with user needs and business objectives.
Creating an exciting and rewarding user experience through the use of animations and visual effects.
Building interactive prototypes to test design ideas and present concepts to stakeholders and users for feedback.
Conduct user research and usability testing, to gather insights and refine design solutions based on user needs and behaviours.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, marketing, etc.) to ensure that all designs are clearly communicated and aligned with the final product vision.
Working with the marketing team to create social posts and infographics that adhere to the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Maintaining component libraries and a UX research repository to store reusable components, brand elements, feedback, and test results for continuous reference.
Actively participate in design reviews and ideation sessions - bringing new ideas forward and striving to solve pain points.
Following ethical guidelines when conducting tests and handling sensitive data

At least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI design role or similar
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing)
