Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join an innovative and growing organisation expanding its technology and design team. If you're passionate about shaping user experiences and have a strong background in design, this role is for you!
Preferred:
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with AB/MVT testing and performance analytics.
Team leadership and customer-focused approach.Responsibilities:
Refine designs with cross-functional teams.
Perform UX audits and ensure a seamless experience.
Conduct user research, define hypotheses, and map journeys.
Present findings to internal teams.
Develop prototypes and lead discovery sessions.Qualifications:
3+ years in UX/UI design and user research.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
Knowledge of usability testing and Agile/Lean UX.
Bachelor's in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
