Senior Training Lead - Contract
Location: UK remote working
Rate: £615 per day
Duration: 9 months (initial contract)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the PTP Release schedule. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining a detailed training plan.
Overseeing the execution of the PTP Training Strategy and Plan.
Leading the training stream to design, develop, and deploy training delivery solutions and materials.
Gathering input from PTP Workstream Leads, SMEs, Designers, and other resources to define a robust training strategy.
Ensuring necessary business reviews and sign-offs.
Managing business and technical stakeholders to ensure training meets requirements.
To be considered for this role:
Proven experience leading training workstreams for large, transformative change projects, within the Payments or Financial Services environment.
Working with training technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to function as a fully accountable training lead.
Positive attitude and proactive approach.
Strong project and planning management capabilities.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
