Senior Technical Coordinator
Are you an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator seeking a new challenge or an experienced Architect or Engineer keen to move into a client-side role?
This is a great opportunity to work with one the leading residential developers in the UK, who have delivered some of the most iconic, design lead schemes across London.
About the role of Senior Technical Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Architect or Engineer to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a 1000 unit project in East London consisting of high-rise R/C frame towers and large mix-use elements including leisure, commercial and retail space.
This role will be site-based reporting to a Senior Technical Manager and will be part of an established team consisting of a Technical Manager another Technical Coordinator and Senior Coordinator. While being site based role, this opportunity also offers a good level of flexible working.
Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role
Experience working with a main contractor or developer or consultancy
Experience working on residential projects
Experience with R/C frame projects
Delivery experience
