Unreal Technical Artist Full-time | Hybrid: Wed-Fri in-office Location: Central London Start: ASAP About the Role Join a cutting-edge studio, renowned for producing high-end visualisations for the world’s top architects and developers. We specialise in crafting interactive, VR, and digital experiences for high-profile urban projects. As an Unreal Technical Artist, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between creativity and technology, optimising workflows, and pushing the boundaries of visualisation. Key Responsibilities: * Optimise 3D assets for Unreal Engine 5, ensuring projects meet technical and visual standards. * Develop and document efficient pipelines, supporting smooth integration of assets from CAD and other 3D packages into Unreal Engine. * Collaborate closely with project leads and artists to deliver immersive experiences in real-time applications. * Act as a mentor to the art team, offering technical guidance and ensuring adherence to workflows. * Conduct performance testing and bug fixes, improving the overall quality and functionality of projects. Skills & Experience: * Expertise in Unreal Engine 5 content creation pipeline: Blueprints, shading, lighting, and optimisation. * Strong understanding of computer hardware specifications for pixel streaming and deployment. * Experience shaping and refining art pipelines, including tools and game technology. * Familiarity with C++, Niagara, Blueprints, and Substance Suite. * Strong problem-solving skills and experience in bridging technical and creative challenges.
