Salary: £28,080 + Sleep ins
Contract Type - Full time (40 hrs per week)
Required
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care
* 2 years experience in residential childcare

* Communicating goals and deadlines to colleagues, ensuring clear and consistent information regarding the needs, risks, and relevant details of young people and children.
* Planning workloads and delegating tasks to colleagues through communication platforms and direct interactions.
* Creating a productive work environment by offering high levels of support, fostering trust, and implementing effective strategies to promote positive outcomes and development.
* Assessing team performance and providing constructive feedback to employees on their performance and learning progress.
