Senior Support Worker – Lydstep SA70 7SQ
£12.80 to £13.70 per hour
PLUS Annual Location Allowance of £1500
Permanent Full Time roles on Days or Nights
Driver Essential (Full UK Driving Licence) as there is no public transport.

A minimum of 12 months experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities and ideally have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users.

DAYS ROLE - Lydstep SA70 - Shifts are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends).
NIGHTS ROLE - Lydstep SA70 - Shifts are working between 20.00pm-08.30am (Includes alternative weekends).
DETAILS INCLUDE
* Overtime available across a number of services.
* Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance.
* Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours.
* Working in a modern facility for an excellent company.
* You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
* It’s important to understand that this role is not Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
* You will be supported by the amazing management team, most who started as Support Workers themselves.
