Your role will involve: * Supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring day-to-day management of the residential home. * Leading a team to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child's needs. * Acting as a positive role model for colleagues and young people, fostering an environment of trust and growth. * Recording events, observations, and progress, as well as implementing care plans and reports. * Developing and maintaining positive relationships that facilitate recovery, growth, and lasting change for the young people. What You’ll Need: * A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centered, therapeutic models. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. * Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient approach. * Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. * Ability to work flexibly, including covering long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
