Registered Senior Mental Health Nurse
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £39,511 - £42,073
Hours: Full time (flexible hours available)

We are currently seeking a Registered Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our purpose-built facility in Nottingham, providing acute adult mental health services.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a defined group of team members and contribute to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process, recognising the skills required across the team.
Monitor and review Nursing Care plans
Evaluate and respond to changes in patients’ condition and needs
Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
Lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
Requirements:
A relevant nursing qualification and current registration, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
