Senior Sous Chef - On-Site Butchery / Garden to Plate
A fantastic opportunity in beautiful Sevenoaks, Kent. We're looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a dynamic team, with a unique focus on garden-to-plate cooking and on-site butchery.
£37,000 salary, plus a generous £5-7k service charge.

You'll play a key role in creating seasonal menus, showcasing your culinary expertise from preparation to plating.
Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities;
Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment.
Manage kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and organisation within the Sevenoaks, Kent location.
Contribute to menu development, utilising fresh, locally sourced ingredients.This role offers a unique opportunity to work with ingredients grown on-site and develop your butchery skills.
