Senior Social Worker MASH Up to £46,704- Hybrid
NonStop care are working with a well established Local Authority in the East Midlands to recruit a Senior Social Worker / Decision Maker for a position on their MASH team. They are looking for someone to join their team and hit the ground running, promising manageable workloads and a fantastic working environment
This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance
This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
The Role:
Screening cases & signing off on them within 48 hours.
Sign off on case strategies.
Work collaboratively with children, families & other teams to ensure the best outcome possible for children.

Requirements:
A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
An up to date DBS check
Experience working in MASH / Screening roles
