Job Description

A well-respected property and construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Holborn. The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium-sized property and construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare and Hotels. You will oversee and run Luxury Hotel projects in Ireland and will be expected to travel to Ireland once or twice month. You will come in and take responsibility for leading these projects and will be very front facing with the client, design teams and the contractor, so being a client facing individual will be ideal. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
