Senior Quantity Surveyor, London
A top tier, global Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the management of their office, commercial, and fit out team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role on a mix of new build and refurbishment office, commercial, and fit out projects across the private and public sector sphere, including very high-profile and high-value work.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with a small team of Cost Managers who will support with the day-to-day delivery of projects.
This is a challenging role with a significant client-facing element. Ideal for an ambitious and experienced consultancy QS.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
* Commercial sector experience
* Strong pre and post cost management experience
* Client facing
* Some management experience a plus
* UK consultancy / cost management experience
