Senior Quantity Surveyor - Central London - Refurbishment
A growing refurbishment main contractor are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role will be office based with some flexibility to work from home, in Central London overseeing refurbishment projects up to £2m.
Role: Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Duties: Overseeing multiple small refurbishment projects in London up to £1m
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Salary: Up to £90k (dependant on experience)
Experience: Ideally experience within the high end residential/ commercial sector, listed building, general refurbishment
