SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - £100M PROJECT - HENLEY MOVING TO LONDON AFTER PROJECT
An outstanding principal contractor are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Henley. The Senior QS will be reporting into the Commercial Director working on a £100m super prime residential project overseeing a small team. The project has approx 4 months left to run with projects to move onto afterwards in London.
Location: Henley site based for 4 months and then onto the next project in London
Project: £100m high end residential
Duties: Reporting into the Commercial Director, overseeing a small commercial team for a high net worth client
