Start Date: 24th March 2025
Project Duration: 12 months
Day Rate: £550 per day via Limited Company or CIS Self-Employed
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for the Clean Cow Project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to a significant project with long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing all aspects of cost management on the project.

Administering a bespoke agreement, .
*
Preparing and reviewing project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
*
Leading cost control, change management, and risk assessment activities.
*
Liaising with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
*
Providing strategic advice on contract and commercial matters.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale engineering projects.
*
Strong background in managing a bespoke agreement, that has been tendered on a Lump Sum.
*
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
*
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
