Job Description
We are working with a leading UK construction consultancy who are now looking for a high-quality Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Glasgow office due to internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract documents.
Manage risks, value, and costs.
Provide advice on contractual claims.
Write progress reports.
Value completed work and arrange payments.
Stay updated on building contracts and health and safety regulations.
Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior role.
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
MRICS or FRICS.
