Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor
An established Construction Consultancy with a great working culture is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor for its busy, growing Birmingham office.
This position is an associate designate role, with very realistic potential for swift promotion and career progression.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
An ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a national, multidisciplinary consultancy, with serval UK offices, covering a wide range of project sectors.
Reporting to the Director, the role encompasses hands-on work, including client-facing, along with team leadership and development.
* Preparing bids and attending bid meetings
* Carrying out appraisals
* Managing Quantity Surveyors
* Acting as the key client contact
* Attending business development events
* Be hands on in delivering projects
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ consultancy experience and live within commutable distance of central Birmingham.
* MRICS is preferable.
* Resilient, client facing, good management skills
* Excellent quantity surveying knowledge
* Eager for a challenge and looking for career progression
