Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer / required to join a leading mechanical engineering supplier based near Bridgend, South Wales
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer will support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards across the organisation.
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer will have experience working in a Quality Engineer role preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Role
Will support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO9001: 2015 driving operational excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards across the organisation
Drive initiatives to optimise workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and foster continuous improvement across departments
Develop and optimise quality policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and deliver training session on quality management for employees at all levels
Support multiple branch locations throughout the UK when required
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Requirements
Experience working in a Quality Engineer role, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
Experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Senior Quality Officer, QHSE Engineer, QHSE Officer, or similar.
An ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate is essential
Ability to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
Will be willing to work Hybrid between the office near Bridgend and branches throughout the UK when required
