Job Description
A global building services company is seeking a Senior FM Project Manager in the Southwest side of Birmingham.
This is a well known and admired location for it's charming architecture and beautiful green space.
This particular contract is a global brand encompassing many others household brands both here and the USA of which they are a closely aligned contract.
As the Senior Project Manager on site you would be expected to be there circa 3 days a week.
This role is a crucial part of this contract, whereby you will be running projects from beginning to end, cradle to grave projects including tendering and delivering by mentoring the Project Management team as well.
A large amount of this role will also be aligning yourself with the clients to determine what they are looking for, suggesting solutions and delivering on innovation to drive the contract forward.
This is a highly rewarding and fast moving role which is looking to move quickly. A brand new opportunity which is sat between the PM's and the Project Director Lead.
