Your Role and Responsibilities
🔑 Deliver Exceptional Client Service
* Go beyond expectations to become a trusted partner for our clients.

📈 Drive Business Growth
* Collaborate with the Group Head to expand the team and build relationships in the residential sector.
💰 Project Financial Management
* Manage fees, ensure accurate forecasts, and deliver responsible business practices.
Project Management Tasks:
* Prepare budgets, cost plans, and oversee tendering processes.
* Act as Contract Administrator, manage interim payments, and oversee final assessments.
* Lead project schedules, client meetings, and updates.
* Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with statutory approvals.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
✅ Qualifications: MRICS or Associate RICS membership (or equivalent).
✅ Specialist Knowledge: Strong track record in social housing and residential projects, with expertise in Contract Administration.
✅ Leadership Skills: A passion for client engagement and team development.
