Job Description

The UK's fastest growing construction company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take on a leadership role in delivering groundmaking project in the education sector. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager, who will manage full turnkey projects through preconstruction, construction, and aftercare. You’ll lead on design, planning, subcontractor and stakeholder management, and programming. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver education projects safely, efficiently, and with great customer satisfaction. * Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. * Oversee project planning, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation. * Drive compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and sustainability targets. Qualifications & Experience * Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Membership with APM, RICS, CIOB, or ICE (or working towards it). * Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in design and build projects. * Ability to obtain DBS clearance is essential.
