Senior Project Manager - Construction Lead
Main Contractor, Residential Construction, Manchester
An established Main Contractor within the UK is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager and Construction Lead to be responsible for delivering a significant residential apartment multi-phased 700 unit apartment scheme in Manchester across a number of buildings ranging from medium to high rise up to 35 stories.
Reporting into the Operations Director, you will have full P&L responsibility for the delivery of a high profile residential apartment scheme in Manchester from Pre-Construction through to Practical Completion with strong support of a dedicated Commercial and Design Management team.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager and/or Project Director level of construction experience delivering residential apartment schemes as No.1 and can demonstrate a track record of delivering projects to a high standard of technical and commercial performance.
Candidates would hold at least 15 years experience in construction with similar national main contracting organisations
With proven finance control/reporting ability across construction projects and working knowledge of delivering high rise residential apartment buildings and comprehensive working knowledge of construction and design techniques and innovations and building and health and safety/fire regulations. We are also looking for strong stakeholder management and sub contractor relationships across RC frames, MEP and facades etc.
