Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who have a new project in the heart of London circa £150million where they need a Senior Project Manager to deliver this project reporting to a Project Director. About the role of Senior Project Manager This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the full operational team and construction on site. Looking for a true leader who has experience of working on new build projects in London. Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager Reporting upstream to the Project Director Managing a large team of up to 70 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers and assistants. Working closely with the client, working with design team, push the project along. Ensuring the project is kept within budget and the programme timescales followed.Requirements for Senior Project Manager The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on commercial and residential projects circa £100million. Experience working on D&B form of contract. The ideal Senior Project Manager will be driven, be a strong leader and be looking for progression in their career. This is a great opportunity to lead on a major flagship project that is in a great area of London and will be a project to be proud of.
