Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Industrial Projects (Steel Frame) Location: North of M25 Salary: 75,(Apply online only),000 plus package Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects in the North of the M25. You will oversee steel frame construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead project planning, execution, and completion. * Manage steel frame construction, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. * Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, site teams, and subcontractors. * Ensure strict health & safety compliance and conduct site audits. * Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in industrial construction. * Strong knowledge of steel frame structures and project management. * Excellent leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills. * Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid certification. * Full UK driving licence.
