£38K-42k | Mon-Fri | Food Manufacturing

You’ll be managing a team of three Process Technologists, making sure trials run smoothly, documentation is spot on, and customer expectations aren’t just met but exceeded.
You’ll need:
A background in Process Development within food manufacturing.
A hands-on leadership approach—this is not a desk job.
A good understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and the usual industry standards.
The ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
