Senior Downstream Process Scientist Edinburgh Area    ERS are partnered with an upcoming industrial biotechnology business at the forefront of sustainable food production. As part of their growth, they are searching for a Senior Downstream Process Scientist who will be responsible for driving product innovations and managing new projects, as they triple their production capacity into the new year. This includes managing their scale ups from lab to production.    As a Senior Scientist, you will enjoy a high level of responsibility, in process scale up, from lab to industrial scale. This role will report directly to the Head of R&D, so the ability to manage stakeholders effectively will be required to ensure smooth collaboration and project success!    Mentoring and training are key components of this role.    The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in downstream process development and scale-ups Strong stakeholder management skills A proven track record in new product development Experience in mentoring and training junior scientists    Why Apply?
