A fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced electronic systems as part of a high-performing Power Electronics team.
Ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a technical leadership role, this position combines hands-on design work with the chance to mentor others and shape project direction and work across the full product lifecycle from concept through to production on systems such as Launch Management, datalink, and embedded computing solutions for complex applications.

Experience managing resources and budgets effectively.
Motivated, collaborative, and ready to take on a senior technical role with leadership influence.Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, prototyping, and integration of power electronic hardware.
Manage significant electronic design work packages and support industrial validation.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement across projects
