Senior Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities Manage event logistics ensuring all travel, accommodation and venue details are correct Build strong relationships with suppliers Maintain control over budgets Support junior team members, helping them to grow On the ground event delivery, working with teams and suppliers to ensure everything suns smoothly Senior Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in event management or operations ideally within educational or tourism The ability to lead a team and help junior members develop thir skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail Willing to travel Full driving license required Senior Operations Coordinator Key Benefits Competitive salary Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with options to work 08:00 – 16:00, 08:30 – 16:30, 09:00 – 17:00, 09:30 – 17:30 (flexible working hour requests can also be considered around term time).
