Senior Multi trader Location: Covering Colchester to Lowestoft Position Type: Temporary (3 months) Hours: 40 hours per week About Us We are a dynamic company committed to delivering high-quality services across various projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Multi Trader with supervisory skills to join our team for a temporary position. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance. Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-traders on complex projects. Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their development. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in projects.Requirements Proven experience as a multi-trader, with supervisory experience. Strong understanding of project management and risk assessment. Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a people person. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
