My client, a highly successful and global contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, working on a prestigious data centre project in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the construction industry on a technically challenging and high-value project.
The Role
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Prepare and negotiate claims against my client, ensuring the best outcomes for the project and stakeholders.
Manage commercial performance, including valuation of works, cost forecasting, and change management.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and proactively mitigate potential risks.
Work closely with the project delivery team, providing commercial advice and driving value engineering initiatives.
Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.What we’re looking for:
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC or JCT.
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and handling claims effectively.
A proven track record as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally in large-scale or mission-critical projects (e.g., data centres, healthcare, or similar).What’s on offer
