My client, a highly successful and prominent MEP contractor in the London market, is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist fit-out division, working on fast paced Commercial / Retail fit-out projects up to £10m.
The Role
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Managing & leading multiple commercial fit-out projects between £1m - £10m.
Reporting to MEP Commercial Director
Subcontractor Management: Oversee procurement, contracts, and performance.
Ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Play a key role from project planning to completion.
Work closely with teams from top-tier main contractors who our client has a solid relationship.Key Requirements:
Proven experience with fit-out projects up to £10m but open to candidates from other sectors.
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and handling claims effectively.
Ability to work closely with teams from top-tier main contractors who our client has a solid relationship.
Strong commercial knowledge and ability to manage all stages of project lifecycle.
