Senior Marketing Executive – £35,000-£45,000 Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in the office, London-based with travel as needed) Four Squared Recruitment is delighted to be representing a multinational professional services business in their search for a Senior Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer or someone ready to step up into a senior role. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B marketing background, with professional services experience preferred but not essential. This role would suit someone comfortable working in a consultative environment. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Sector and Service Line Marketing, you will take ownership of developing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns aligned with the firm’s strategy. You’ll manage multi-channel marketing programmes, create compelling content, and build strong internal and external relationships. This role offers the chance to progress your career with a recognised brand in the professional services market. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix. Manage end-to-end planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events. Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted marketing partner. Write, proofread, and edit marketing content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines. Measure and evaluate the success of marketing activities, providing actionable insights to drive improvements. Create compelling, benefit-led content for websites, social media, brochures, and email campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with business development teams on proposals and client care initiatives. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing. Experience in delivering both virtual and in-person events. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage relationships and navigate complex situations diplomatically. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., HTML email platforms). Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like ON24 or Microsoft Teams is a bonus. Qualifications Degree in marketing or a related field, or CIM qualification (candidates with relevant experience but no formal qualifications will also be considered).
