About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our Project Finance & M&A team. You’ll play a central role in impactful transactions, from financial structuring to debt and M&A equity finance transactions. This position offers autonomy, leadership, and the chance to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Advisory Leadership: Take ownership of advisory missions, including financial structuring, raising debt, and supporting M&A equity finance transactions.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and strong relationships.
Team Oversight: Supervise financial analysts, providing guidance on financial models, cash flow valuations, and project execution.
Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes, reviewing work prepared by internal teams and external advisors.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights on sectors such as electricity markets, debt markets, and venture capital.
Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, contributing to the growth of the business in Germany and the EMEA region.
Knowledge Sharing: Actively share knowledge and expertise within the local, regional, and international teams.
Collaboration: Work as part of an entrepreneurial, international team committed to going the extra mile for clients and delivering high-impact results.
