Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Kitchen Cleaner Supervisor to oversee and manage all cleaning operations within our kitchen facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all cleaning tasks are executed effectively, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for food preparation. This role involves supervising a team of kitchen cleaners, coordinating daily cleaning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise a team of kitchen cleaners, assigning daily cleaning tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
* Cleaning & Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, equipment, appliances, and utensils, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
* Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning procedures meet health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Conduct regular safety checks and training.
* Quality Control: Inspect kitchen areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards are consistently met. Address any deficiencies promptly.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and maintaining flexibility to meet operational needs.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, inventory usage, and any incidents or safety concerns. Report to the Kitchen Manager regarding any issues or improvements.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to cleaning processes, systems, or equipment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
