We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join our team and report directly into one of our People Business Partners. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting a specific function and covering end-to-end People processes while closely collaborating with our L&D, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Reward/Ops teams.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join our team and report directly into one of our People Business Partners. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting a specific function and covering end-to-end People processes while closely collaborating with our L&D, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Reward/Ops teams.
Description
Provide guidance, support, and advice to functional managers on People processes, helping to up-skill and coach individuals to effectively lead their teams.
Monitor, track, and handle Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring managers are equipped to handle these processes and intervening when required.
Analyse and report on HR metrics, identifying key trends or themes, and provide proactive initiatives based on data insights, while offering regular updates to the People Business Partner and managers.
Lead people initiatives and projects, managing time-lines, agreeing on milestones, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Work closely with the ER manager to update People policies, HR templates, training materials, and work flows to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.
Champion diversity and inclusion, creating a sense of belonging and being an ambassador for positive change to foster an inclusive working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with the Talent team and People Business Partners on workforce management, flagging flight risks, identifying development opportunities, and supporting succession planning within the function.
Partner with L&D and People Business Partners to assess development and training needs within the function, capturing requests and ensuring course effectiveness.
Lead engagement action planning within the function, driving initiatives, tracking progress, and providing insights to improve employee engagement.
Profile
Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation and propose new solutions.
Inquisitive and eager to get involved in new projects or initiatives.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-demand, and change-oriented environment.
Collaborative team player, always prioritising the team and supporting others.
