Senior Estimator, East Midlands
Construction Senior Estimator - An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a leading contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and education.
Duties:
As a Senior Estimator you will lead and manage the creation of robust, accurate cost plans, tracking the customer’s concept design through various design stages up to target price.
Guide the design team and customers on affordability, identifying opportunities to add value and offering solutions throughout the project process.
Develop a tender procurement strategy, manage project take-offs, and collaborate with the production team to ensure logistics and buildability considerations are accounted for.
Experience:
Successful delivery of tenders, with experience using estimating systems such as Conquest or similar.
Proven ability to control costs, timing, and quality in line with project targets, while interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong background in proactive customer liaison and identifying opportunities to add value during the project lifecycle.
