Job Title: Senior Estates Surveyor
Location: North West
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Rate: £50 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority in the North West for at least 6 months. The role involves managing a range of estates duties, including landlord and tenant matters, property disposals, and valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
Oversee property disposals and valuations.
Advise on estates matters to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legislation and local authority procedures.
Maintain property records and support strategic property plans.Ideal Candidate:
MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer preferred).
Experience in landlord & tenant law and property valuations.
Local authority experience is desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.This is a temporary role offering a competitive rate of £50 per hour for a minimum of 6 months, with a high likelihood for extension.
