Senior Electrical Design Engineer £51-55k + Benefits. Shropshire Ref: 24231 Thanks to a high increase in workload, this world leading supplier has an immediate requirement for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer who is competent with AutoCAD Electrical, to create designs for complex automated systems. Electrical Design Engineer - The Role: Electrical design and development of control panels for automation systems Creation of technical documentation Working to product design standards & departmental procedures Provide internal technical product support Electrical Design Engineer - The Person: Experience of Control Panel design for automated systems. Use of AutoCAD Electrical or similar design packages. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical technical drawings. Experience with Studio 5000 and SIMATIC PLC Systems advantageous. Degree qualified. Should you have skills with PLC software, this would be highly advantageous. Perhaps you have worked in a dual role, and would prefer an office based role without the travel required of a Systems Engineer. We are looking for someone to be in a hands-on role who has the capability to support the Engineering Manager in the support and leadership of the design team.
