Senior End User Computing Analyst
£40000 - £44000 per annum
London - Hybrid

Your new role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior End User Computing Analyst who has experience in technical administration, supervising, operations, support, and maintenance of user-facing infrastructure.
User-facing infrastructure:
Third party vendors
Laptops, Chromebooks, and Macs
Application management
Daily responsibilities
Influence the design, contribute to the development and configuration and provide operational support of the IT environment.
Ensure that all operational systems and processes are fully documented.
Investigate future technologies.
Provide quality assurance in the design, planning and review of operational readiness for new projects.
Install, configure and test the various components of the environment
Business continuity planning
Internal and external stakeholder management
IT supplier management
ITIL process implementation
