Pay Rate: £13.49p/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 hour shifts between 8.30am - 5.30pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office after training
Contract Type: Temporary - 9 months.
Start Date: 17th March 2025
Lloyds is currently hiring for individuals with excellent customer service skills to support users of their online pensions and savings platforms. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with navigating and using the platforms effectively. Your experience in customer service, along with a compassionate approach and dedication to providing excellent support, will be key to success in this position.
You'll receive training over a 3-week period to ensure you're fully equipped with the knowledge needed to guide customers through a variety of services. After training, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working 3 days a week from home, with ongoing support and development to help you grow within the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with the use of online pensions and savings platforms.
Guide customers through platform features and troubleshoot any technical issues they encounter.
Provide clear instructions to help customers navigate the system and make the most of its tools.
Offer ongoing support to ensure customers feel confident using the platform independently.
Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on user experience and satisfaction.
